Trollbeads Scarecrow Inspiration

This Trollbeads blog brings a little seasonal charm bracelet inspiration starring the Trollbeads Scarecrow.

When it comes to the Trollbeads Autumn 2018 collection one of the most popular beads has been the Scarecrow. For those who haven’t seen it in person, it’s a decent size (not huge but good) with a lot of detailing. It can be worn either on bracelet or a fantasy necklace and it spans the fall and Halloween seasons both. I love this bead not just for my love of Halloween but also of Wizard of Oz and mine has been on my fantasy necklace since it first launched.

Today I’m sharing a little season bracelet inspiration featuring the Scarecrow, some delicious gemstones but also a couple of my favourite Redbalifrog designs for the autumn. Remember Redbalifrog are currently buy three get one free.

Trollbeads Scarecrow Inspiration

I’m a huge gemstone fan in general but I think they lend themselves especially well to the autumn. For this bracelet I’ve mixed the Trollbeads Ruby and Golden Rutilated Quartz. The latter is a lovely fall bead but it’s becoming more difficult to find now and it was a limited edition.

In regards to the silver beads I’ve included the Redbalifrog Fox in a Log and the Bushy Tail Squirrel. These are lovely for fall bracelets and as you expect from Redbalifrog, they’re also quite large. The Ohm Beads Time Flies is included too as a small nod to the falling daylight and the daylight savings changes that are coming.

The lock is the new Trollbeads Foxtail Lock which is reminiscent of wheatsheafs for the fall. It’s also very easy to use!

Trollbeads Scarecrow Summary

This is by far my favourite of the silver beads from the Trollbeads Autumn 2018 collection and it’s a great design in the gold too. I’m having such fun at the moment with gemstones and trying different combinations that step a little out of my comfort zone. I’ve always loved rubies but this is actually my first. We had a really nice batch at GLB recently and the remainder of them will be going live here shortly. The one stone I am struggling with a little is the new Angel Wing Alunite, though I do think it’s perhaps more of a winter stone for me.

As always I love to hear from my readers. What are your thoughts on the Trollbeads Scarecrow and did you indulge? Hit the comments and let me know!
