Trollbeads Say Hello Campaign Preview – Updated

This Trollbeads blog brings a preview of the new Trollbeads Say Hello campaign for the UK.

Those of you who are part of the Trollbeads UK newsletter or follow any of the UK retailers on social media will probably have seen a great deal of buzz about a new campaign. The Trollbeads Say Hello is a capsule collection. This is a term used to describe a selection of essential, versatile pieces. It’s the equivalent of perfect pair of jeans or black ankle boots. They’ve created this campaign to appeal to a younger market so it’s underpinned by some of the more contemporary designs and focuses heavily on the idea of stacked bangles. There are also some fabulous prices on offer so it’s definitely worth browsing regardless of whether you’re a veteran collector or new to the brand; say hello to Trollbeads!

Trollbeads Say Hello

The collection features a number of gemstones which is incredibly smart. Glass can be a little fussy, especially for a younger, more fashionable market. It’s also quite unique to the brand. You won’t find anything comparable with Pandora.

First up is the amazonite stone as a symbol of courage and hope. It’s also seasonally apt for the spring season. There’s a choice of the Trollbeads Minty Macaroon Bangle which includes two silver stoppers and retails at £99 or the Trollbeads Minty Macaroon Bracelet including the Soft Wind of Change Lock and retailing at £79.

The black onyx represents clarity and strength and is an obvious choice. In terms of styling it will complement everything and transitions from day to night wear effortlessly. The Trollbeads Espresso Noir Bangle is retailing at £99 while the bracelet is £79.

The third option features the relatively new Trollbeads Feldspar Moonstone (review here.) This is such a lovely stone. It has a delicate femininity and is neutral enough to work with many summer wardrobes. The Trollbeads Peach Sorbet Bangle is retailing at £99 where the bracelet is £79.

The final bracelet and bangle sets features the Milky Quartz to represent innocence and purity. It’s simple to wear and it’s classically elegant. The bangle is £99 where the bracelet is £79.

The collection doesn’t stop at ready-to-wear bracelets, it expands to complementary jewellery pieces. Again the contemporary simplicity is evident in the choices of design. For earrings there’s a choice of the Trollbeads Espresso Noir designs (featuring the onyx) and retailing at £40 or the Trollbeads Neverending Studs, retailing at £35. I have the latter and they’re so versatile!

Trollbeads Say Hello Summary

When you consider that the silver bangle is retailing at £90 without stoppers, these sets represent really amazing value for money. I also think they’re really well styled for a fashion conscious market, even the names are tantalising!

This has actually inspired me to rework some of my own collection. I have an enormous selection of beads and charms and often find myself short of time when heading out of the door and ultimately end up leaving with no jewellery. I’m going to reorganise a little and put together some ready to wear pieces inspired by these designs and keep them on hand for when I’m short on time. I’ve also been coveting the pearl rings for the longest time so I’m tempted to indulge in those for stacking.

As always I love to hear from my readers. What are your thoughts on the Trollbeads Say Hello campaign? Do any of these pieces appeal to you? Hit the comments and let me know!

I was excited to hear of this marketing collection but then I realized it wasn’t in the us.. bummer. This is the kinda stuff I like to see from trollbeads. I hope they think to bring something similar to us. This is a great way to open the doors and bring in new customers.
I have been pondering on getting another bangle. I’m having a hard time between the two starter auroras. I have the facet but its hard to pick! I almost got the bangle some time ago but I decided against it because the bead was so thin and dark 🙁 I’m having a hard time deciding a shopping spree list from blooming’s fest in October due to wanting soooo many beads. A lot of my wish list are the more substantial pieces (more money.. lol) still holding out my hopes for the anniversary bracelet, and with that another starter bracelet is thrown into my choice! Man this is hard, and who’s to say by October there isn’t a great release or two.
But back to the collection, I think these pieces are great. And the prices are wonderful! If the aurora bangle was at this price I’d consider it a bit more 😉 but I must mind my pennies to ensure the best shopping spree for the year 😀

Yeah it’s the brainchild of Trollbeads UK which is why you won’t be seeing it in other markets. All of the distributors do their own thing in terms of marketing and promotions. Do remember as well that you can shop in the UK. I’ve no idea how the pricing then works out for you but it’s still possible if you want a new bangle 😀

And yes, it’s always hard to know whether to spend or wait 😉

Ignore what I said, it’s appearing in parts of Europe too 🙂 No idea if it will head to the USA though.

If you’re really interested in any of the sets Jamie you can order from Perlen. I live in the US too, I’ve bought lots from Perlen because shipping is free and VAT is deducted so it’s like getting 20% off compared to the US prices, plus you are getting a discounted set with these so the savings are even better if it’s an item you want. I’m not sure about UK exchange rates as I’ve never ordered from there and I’m sure the UK retailers are great too, I know UK also deducts VAT 20% when shipped outside of Europe. I just wanted to share my experience as I was hesitant to order from overseas at first, but reading about others’ good experiences gave me the confidence to order from other countries.

  2. Elise

It’s a really beautiful collection. I like the simple, ready to wear concept. I saw that Perlen is offering a slightly different version of the onyx earring to include the shorter pearl drop as well. I have some birthday gift money I have been hoarding away for just the right thing and the earrings may be it.

    • endangeredtrolls

The Trollbeads earrings are underrated I think. I find it hard to feature things like earrings or rings here and yet I LOVE mine. Maybe I need to start taking more live shots for social media 😀

      xoxo

  3. Martha

Holy cow, incredible prices at D4E, especially for the bangles! Will pretend I didn’t see that…

    • endangeredtrolls

Yes the prices are amazing. Great initiative by Trollbeads I think because though it’s aimed at bringing in new collectors, it’s clearly appealing to some of us veteran fan!

      xoxo

  4. Ernesto

Why the Perlen’s prices are more expensive? I dont understand. :,(

    • endangeredtrolls

Because different markets have different pricing and they’re selling at what they were told to 🙂

You can just order from the UK instead 🙂

  5. Liz

I love the Minty Macaroon Bangle, it’s a lovely colour and I have wanted a nice mint green and the price 😍😍
If I can afford it on pay day I think I will have to get it.

    • endangeredtrolls

It’s an amazing price! With the spacers launching this week too it’s a good time for bangles – though yes they work on bracelets but in my opinion they look *amazing* on bangles 😀

Oh oh I hope you can get it 😀

      xoxo

I got Stories of You bracelet, Soft Sunrise bangle set, Zuchinni bead and Fanstasy necklace amethyst 90cm total Can $620 in Hong Kong. I am wearing Fanstasy necklace with faceted Aurora, Anemore and Zuchinni everyday, love it. I saw the original Fanstasy jade apple blossom necklace set, very beautiful. I love two tone Chrysarthemum Can $400, have to save for it for sure.

  7. Debbie

Brilliant idea from Trollbeads UK. It might nudge me into getting another bangle…. But oh how to decide which stone!!!

    xoxo

  8. Carol

    Hi Victoria,

What an amazing offer! I have recently indulged in the Soft Sunrise bangle and I am over the moon! I am so happy with the Trollbeads bangle. I have been coveting the Amazonite bead for quite some time. It really stands out on the bangle. Such a lovely, classic gemstone!

  9. sarah

I have ordered my milky quartz bangle! That stone had been on my with list for ages and my bangle isn’t the right size so a perfect opportunity for me and a great price! I am also really tempted with the minty green, although I don’t tend to wear my green beads very much I can see this stone with my amethysts on a bangle. Maybe I’ll indulge in the bracelet for the minty one at a later date.
I also have always loved the neverending ring, and I’m quite tempted by the earnings too.
Now where is my money tree…….

  10. Gayle

Wow, just being able to get a shorter length 70cm “high shine” fantasy pearl necklace is awesome! At such a great sale price is an extra bonus. These are fantastic offers.

  11. Ernesto

Anyone know the final date for this promotion ?

    • endangeredtrolls

From what I understand it’s set to run for the summer season.

      xoxo

  12. Amanda Mac

I read in a trade magazine that it would run 6 months from the launch date but don’t quote me!! Hopefully will be available over the summer…..

    • endangeredtrolls

Perfect 🙂 I’ve definitely been given no end date so it’s clearly here for a while!

      xoxo

      • Ernesto

YAY!! These are great news!!! 🙂

  13. Jane

Oh well… From having no bangles at all, now I suddenly have two 🙂 I got the amazonite-set, as above, and the copper-bangle with a lapis lazuli from another campaign. The last days I’ve spend experimenting in how to use the bangles. It is quite fun 😀

  14. Marta Idalia

Wow, maybe a little late but I manage to get the last 21cm Peach Sorbet bracelet from Acotis and I have you and your blog to thanks, Victoria!
    You rule!

    • endangeredtrolls

      Yay! It’s a great offer!

      xoxo
