Trollbeads Art to Go Debuts & Live Image Shopping

This Trollbeads blog alerts readers to the launch of the limited edition Trollbeads Art to Go Bracelet.

Today saw the global release of the Trollbeads Art to Go, the new designer bracelet for fall 2018. I’ve been obsessing over this as it just feels so apt for Trollbeads. Whether you actively collect uniques or nor, they’re very iconic to the brand and this bracelet is just a lot of fun.

It features a unique lock and silver bead, the bracelet itself and a unique glass for $99 so the pricing is also incredible. I will be sharing live images of the Art to Go silver pieces as soon as I can but the lock is a tube of paint and the bead a small ring of paint brushes.

Live image shopping is completely at the discretion of the individual retailer though many will at least allow you to specify a colour preference. A short time ago at Great Lakes Boutique, we finally began listing our uniques so you can choose exactly the bead you want. There will be more listed during the course of tonight and into tomorrow. Please note you can purchase these uniques individually too.

Trollbeads Art to Go Summary

I’ve always enjoyed the Trollbeads starter bracelets and actually really look forward to them. I also love uniques so this whole bracelet concept appeals to me. I do understand some collectors are hesitant at the notion of ordering blind but there are plenty of retailers offering live image shopping. I’ve found the lock very easy to use and admittedly the silver bead is quite small but for the price point it’s amazing value for money. For those of you already planning for the holidays, this is definitely a great option for treating a friend, particularly if you know their taste in uniques.

Do remember that Wishful Sky, the designer bracelet from last fall is now only available while stocks last. If you never quite got round to purchasing that bracelet (or need multiples,) it’s worth considering sooner rather than later.

As always I love to hear from my readers. What are your thoughts on the Trollbeads Art to Go Bracelet? Did you pre-order this set? Hit the comments and let me know!

I’ll be glad when you post your own images of the silver bead because I can’t make it out at all from TBs images. They say it’s a pencil and 2 paint brushes. I thought it looked like there was a little tube of paint as well. Thanks for all your great pix!

I’ll get on it as soon as I can πŸ™‚ It’s at the top of my photography / editorials list anyway πŸ™‚

I hope it sells well, it’s such a great concept. I’m glad to see it’s available on the Trollbeads US website, but sad it’s not available on the Trollbeads Canada website. I’ve emailed them about that, which won’t make it available, but sharing sadness is good! πŸ˜€ I’d be happy with just the lock, chain and silver bead if Troll Canada can’t get unique beads in.

      Hi πŸ™‚

It’s on the Trollbeads US e-commerce site but it can not be purchased from them. They’re just helping to advertise it for their retailers πŸ™‚

I suspect this is the same for most regions.

      • Lola

It’s a purchase page. You add the bracelet (size) to your cart and then choose which category of unique you want, and they’ll pick one for you.

          Strange. All I’m seeing it:-

“Design Your Art To Go Bracelet: Visit your Nearest Trollbeads Retailer to purchase Art To Go and Finish it with the Perfect Unique Bead!”

Anyway I suspect your best option is to order online from a retailer unfortunately πŸ™‚

The link to the Trollbeads US purchase page can be found on Trollbeads Official IG profile. I’d drop the link in a comment, but I don’t know if your comment form takes link or treats them as spam.

            The page reads:

Art to Go Bracelet $99 – including Unique glass bead

Art to Go is a limited edition bracelet consisting of a silver bracelet, a new artsy lock and a matching silver bead, speaking to your inner artist.

To add a splash of your favourite colour, your Art to Go bracelet comes with a stunning Unique glass bead. Choose the colour you prefer, and we will carefully select an artful Unique bead and add it to your bracelet.

I can add everything to my cart, but of course I can’t check-out once I click Canada. What’s odd is that they’re using the Canadian spelling of “colour.” πŸ˜€

I can also reach that purchase page by going to Trollbeads.com, clicking on Be Inspired, and then Art to Go. So it is there. I was thinking maybe it was a mistake page, but it appears valid and usable, and easily reachable.

      • Lola

Trollbeads Canada, on the other hand, just has the ad page that says “in-store only” and gives a list of retailers. They’re two completely different pages.

Trollbeads Official isnt Trollbeads USA. When you try to check out it should ask you to choose your region. If you select the USA it’s then throwing an error. The website Trollbeads Official are linking to is their global platform so currency and language is set to your own region but it’s their global site.

Trollbeads USA actually haven’t mentioned it on their Instagram so far – https://www.instagram.com/trollbeadsusa/ – I assume because they’re pushing traffic to their retailers instead.

I’d suggest contacting one of the retailers that Trollbeads Canada are advertising πŸ™‚ Or order from abroad of course πŸ™‚

          • Lola

I just realized that and was coming to say my mistake. Lol. It’s too chancy to order from out of the country these days, and in country isn’t much better. I’ll just have to do without.
