This charm bracelet blog brings a complete preview of the limited edition, exclusive The Palace of Amber Flamboyant Sakura.
Today we’re unveiling the final event bead for the Great Lakes Boutique Bead Bash on the Lake event next week. Firstly I do apologise that this preview is quite late. The beads arrived with us just this week as the stone proved a little more difficult to work with than originally anticipated but we were all so in love with the design.
The Palace of Amber Flamboyant Sakura
The Palace of Amber Flamboyant Sakura is limited to just over five hundred (500 pieces) and is exclusive to Great Lakes Boutique as our spring event bead.
The central stone this time is a sakura agate, so named due to it’s subtle cherry blossom patterning. It shows a stunning array of pastel shades for the spring season too. The decorative endcaps this time is a sakura flower design. The bead is universally compatible and works on the Trollbeads bangles too. It is absolutely stunningly feminine in person.
Each bead retails at $68 and they are part of the buy three get one free offer for Bead Bash. They’ll be available both in store and online.
You’ll find enormous variation in these stones though they are all pastels. There are pinks, through to honey shades, ambers and then some that resemble a moonstone colouring. Some of the beads have the characteristic petal pattern and others do not.
The Palace of Amber Flamboyant Sakura Summary
Though these are quite focal beads in terms of their size and look beautiful with some of the smaller Trollbeads floral and nature inspired silver, they actually look lovely as a complete bracelet too, though admittedly it’s a large, chunky piece. While I’ve been so impatient to see the actual variation in the sakura agate stone, the decorative frame for this bead is so beautiful in person and absolutely fabulous for the spring and summer season.
You’ll see a little more of these beads over on Great Lakes Boutique soon as I finish up the editorial for there as well.
Once again the complete online schedule will bee confirmed this week.
