Mixed Brand Spring 2018 Charm Bracelet Inspiration – Starring Ohm Beads, True Beadz & Trollbeads

This charm bracelet blog brings a mixed brand spring 2018 bracelet inspiration, starring Ohm Beads, True Beadz and Trollbeads.

This bracelet was actually created for St Patrick’s Day but I’ve been so busy with the Trollbeads Buy Three Get One Free Promotion that I ran out of time to get it online. It’s a mixed brand bracelet using predominantly Ohm Beads silvers and Trollbeads gemstones, though a couple of True Beadz silvers make an appearance too. Notable inclusions are the Ohm Beads No Evil: Sheep which I promised to revisit on a more spring inspired combination.

Spring 2018 Charm Bracelet Inspiration

The bracelet relies heavily on the Trollbeads Emeralds and malachites as green is of course so popular for the spring season. Emeralds do vary enormously in colour, though the darker examples are difficult to find. Often when I have people requesting very dark green emeralds, I tend to suggest that maybe they’d find the malachites more to their tastes. I’ve included a couple of Trollbeads Scirocco which with it’s cream colouring, just lifts the combination a little. The gold glitter also complements a couple of the beads I’ve included.

The silver beads are mostly Ohm and include Moving On, Lucky Moves, the limited edition version of the Leprechaun, the gold vermeil Hive Mind and of course the new No Evil: Sheep. All of these feel so apt for the spring season and I’ve always found Hive Mind to be so very versatile. A couple of True Beadz sneak into the silver too with the True Pint and True Clover both adding to the Celtic theme.

Ordering Details

This is such a mixed brand bracelet that I’m splitting the order details into three sections. I’m also including a bead index at the end that details the individual beads. For those of you tempted by these particular stones, they’re all on the Great Lakes Boutique website and the buy three get one free is ongoing for a little longer.

Spring 2018 Charm Bracelet Inspiration Summary

I’ve never been a huge fan of green and I tend to prefer the minty shades but I’ve always adored the malachite because of it’s enormous variation and individuality. It’s one of the stones I must look forward to unpacking as you never quite know how they’ll look.

Adding in a little gold from both glass and beads leads to such a classic colour combination and though this editorial missed St Patrick’s Day, these combinations last long into the spring season.

As always I love to hear from my readers. What are your thoughts on this bracelet? Have you switched to wearing spring inspired combinations yet? Did you make a bracelet for St Patrick’s Day? Hit the comments and let me know!
