Henhousebeads Velvet Preview

This charm bracelet blog brings a like image teaser of the new Henhousebeads Velvet design.

Yesterday saw the launch of the new Henhousebeads Winter 2018 collection featuring the first of the new Element glass; a type of frosted finish. Incidentally if you have yet to shop those, there are just a few of the Air Element remaining.

A second new glass design (or finish might be a more accurate description,) is launching too. This isn’t part of the winter release, rather just a finish that was created based on a lot of requests from customers.

The Henhousebeads Velvet is the new matte finish. It’s named due to it’s lovely tactile finish and it will eventually be available in all of the current colours. For an initial launch we just listed a small number of Duomo, Blue Lakes, Lavender and San Juan!

For fans of Henhousebeads do please note that as part of our Winter Wonderland Event there will be another Scrambled Eggs (unique) listing later this evening too. You can find the link for the new Velvet finish beads below.

Henhousebeads Velvet Summary

Matte glass brings a much more organic feeling to a bracelet compared with it’s usual glossy finish and it’s an aesthetic I’ve always enjoyed, especially for the cooler months. It can also make a beautiful backdrop or contrast to standard glass, particularly when using a very flashy focal piece against a palette of matte muted colours.

As always I love to hear from my readers. What are your thoughts on the new Henhousebeads Velvet finish? Hit the comments and let me know!
