This charm bracelet blog brings a little inspiration starring the Henhousebeads Aspen and Lucien beads.
The Henhousebeads Lucien is the newest design to join the brand’s collection and it’s a lovely bead for the spring season. It’s vibrant in it’s colouring and it’s pattern reminds me of tree foliage and the shimmer and nuances you can see from that when the sun streams through.
It’s been a popular design for the brand, to the extent that we’ve struggled to keep it in stock. Today I’m showcasing a bracelet that combines Lucien with another of my favourite Henhousebeads; Aspen.
When it comes to colours I’m an autumn and winter girl. I love darker shades so summer bracelet combinations is something I struggle with. The irony is I did start this bracelet with the best of intentions, having pooled together Lucien, some nature inspired silver beads and the lovely custom made gold Blooming Katniss Pendant (available here)
) As is often the case the end result feels quite autumnal.
Part of my motivation for this particular bracelet was wanting to revisit the Redbalifrog Green Man and Holly Man ahead of the launch of the Green Goddess as one of the event beads for the Great Lakes Boutique Bead Bash on the Lake. I think she’ll work rather well in this combination!
